ABOUT THE FOUNDER
With over seven years of experience in the corporate world, specifically within the BPO industry, I had the privilege of leading both sales and customer service training for major U.S. banks and retail brands. My passion for coaching, process improvement, and helping businesses grow eventually inspired a bold pivot: launching my own remote support agency.

During the pandemic, as businesses rapidly transitioned online, I saw a unique opportunity to create something meaningful both for entrepreneurs in need of dependable support and for professionals seeking flexible, home-based careers.
